#Am I the last one who cares about design’s value over securing a designer job??? #NeverSmart #AlwaysFoolish&Failed

Yun, is a humble, hungry and foolish life long learner and business starter.

Yun, a prudent business owner, walked away from design starting over to own the failure in her past full time designer job. Do check my LinkedIn to see my fights.

I advocate for promoting good friction — make right things easier and wrong things harder— the kind that pushes ideas forward, tests integrity, and builds better outcomes than leading with hostility and fear, playing the card of reproduction, perfecting the art of getting it wrong day after day.

My Action of Giving: Just buy more books for yourself than say that you have a big family to feed; ask yourself— what is it that makes you a despicable snake who never contributes a cent? At least snakes have dead skins that can be used to treat disease in TCM.

In a world that being caring and kind is a weakness, moral ethics are the lowest bar to refrain people from doing evil, as a failed designer who exited consulting, I’d still be the failed designer who got two 4 out of 5 performance reviews but still exited consulting, walking away from drawing a big “bubbly foam” of design than say I have a big family to feed to beg for a designer salary.

Hope you rise and shine with the ladder called chaos and no shame.

Another Action of Giving: To Haters, Stalkers

I would not proclaim myself with the professionalism for increasing access for women if I could not make a change from flattening — to make designers powerful than becoming begging for a salary to live in corporates; to make design an impactful discipline and become more valuable day by day than flattening. Besides, I’m a big fan of ethnographical research, helping, donating, bridging, but never the jokily act of “forcing”. Enjoy your daily dose of greed, hate, and jealousness.

Last but not least, I expressly disassociate myself from the alumni representations commonly featured by the design institution, particularly those emphasizing materialistic values (trophy looking with luxurious products dressing). These portrayals do not reflect my identity or professional standing as a prudent and independent business owner.

Please be advised that I have formally deactivated the institution-issued email account to eliminate any further affiliation. Any previous essays or works created under the context of design reflect my personal, independent efforts and are in no way indicative of the institution’s instructional quality.

I reserve all legal rights to protect and defend the integrity of my professional reputation, business profile, and related accountability.

To @Rhode Island School of Design, it seems that you can never own your missions statement in design education. For sure, I put the post here forever. Remember to own your inability to change, like I did.

Life is too precious to deal with forceful criminal, HK missing persons, crazily resentful minorities living with only hate, greed and jealousy. Monopolies of big businesses with small minor ethnical backgrounded workers could be crazily powerful in a time of chaos.

Company Slogan:

I have NO big families to feed. Never L.A.M.P, so won’t R.O.B.

Clean, because I do digital design all the way till I got fired in my last consulting job as a senior associate, zero after-math; Critical, like all my Medium articles look like.

I’m self aware, as a designer. That’s what makes it DIVINE.

Then, why do those people design for the sake of design?
